Q1: Is the static safe for my pet?

Re:While the static is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet. Electronic training devices require interaction and training from the owner to achieve desired results.

Q2: How old does a pet have to be before using the Dr.Trainer?

Re:Your pet should be able to learn basic obedience commands such as “Sit” or “Stay.” Pets should be at least 6 months old before using the Trainer.

Q3: Is the Smart Bark Collar waterproof?

Re:Yes. All of the Dr.Trainer Smart Bark Collars are waterproof and reach IPX7 which can use while swimming or in the rainy day. 

Q4: Can I use the Dr.Trainer on aggressive pets?

Re:We do not recommend any of our products to be used on aggressive pets. We recommend that you contact your local veterinarian or professional trainer to determine if your pet might be aggressive.

Q5: Why my pet is not responding when I press a button?

*Check to see if the collar has been turned on.

*You can verify the collar is delivering static to your pet by using the Test Night.Please refer to the “Test the Static Function” section for details.

*Increase the correction level.

*Make sure the receiver collar‘s contact points are placed snugly，in contact with your pet's skin.

Q6: Why won’t the Receiver Collar turn on?

Q7: Why does your dog bark but sometimes there is no trigger correction?

Re:In order to remain humane in your treatment of your dog, the bark collar performs corrective actions only if the barking volume is beyond a certain level. You can also customize the limit value of loudness by the following path.

Q8:If the barking has exceeded your acceptable range but no corrective action is triggered？

Re:you can turn down the loudness limit value in setting to improve the sensitivity.

Q9:If you want to relax the restrictions, allowing your dog barks at a larger loudness range？

Re:You can turn up the loudness limit value to reduce the sensitivity.

Q10: Can The Automatic Bark functionality Be Turned Off, So That It Only Operates Via Remote?

Re: Yes, it is turned off by default. You can also turn it off through the mobile APP.

Q11: Can You Pair A Second Collar To The Remote?

Re: Yes, one remote could pair different T1s Pro receivers.（One Remote Control One Collar）

1 ) The remote is already paired with the receiver. Just open it then you can use it, super easy.

2 ) If you want to connect a second collar, you could do the below steps.

Step 1: Quickly double-click the Power Button of the device to enter pairing mode ( Blue and green lights flash alternately ).

Step 2: Press the Volume Up and Down buttons at the same time on your Remote Transmitter for more than 5 seconds to establish the connection.

Step 3: The indicator light of the Receiver turns blue and stays on for 3 seconds, indicating a successful device connection.
